Reef Runner Sailing School voted an ASA "Outstanding School of 2007" Reef Runner Sailing School is an American Sailing Association (ASA) certified and accredited program located in beautiful Panama City, Florida, offering the experienced or novice student a proven and successful curriculum to teach the skills necessary to bareboat and captain a coastal cruising sailing vessel. Virtually all bareboat facilities, both domestic and international, recognize ASA certification as the standard of excellence. Reef Runner Sailing School is an ASA "Outstanding School of 2007" and Capt. Pete is an ASA "Outstanding Instructor of 2007." Our philosophy is to provide a fun filled and relaxed sailing environment utilizing US Coast Guard and ASA trained and certified instructors on comfortable Coast Guard approved teaching vessels. All classes are conducted onboard emphasizing hands on experience while sailing along the Gulf of Mexico's most pristine coastline. Individual courses can include overnight stays in secluded bays and visits to historic villages, weather and itinerary permitting. Reef Runner Sailing School has custom designed sailing itineraries that offer the best possible training in as little as a weekend. Special discounts are available when you reserve multi-course combination packages. Click here for answers to some frequently asked questions about our sailing classes.
